With fast appointment booking, transparent pricing, and friendly, trusted technicians, we aim to take the frustration out of tech support. Techmates are available between 9am and 9pm, Monday – Sunday.

Do you provide a warranty for parts purchased through Techmate?

All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty and they should be contacted directly with any questions or issues.

We’ll automatically connect you with one of our expert Techmates, who will come to you to perform the requested service.

MEMBERSHIP

How do I sign up for a Techmate Virtual Support Membership?

We offer unlimited virtual tech support for $39/month (2-month minimum). Call us at 844-266-8694 and we’ll assist in setting up your Member account!

Are there limits to my online support as a member?

As a Techmate Member you receive unlimited phone support.

APPOINTMENTS

Can I request a specific Techmate?

Yes, you can request a specific Techmate by calling(844) 266-8694. However, matching will be determined based on skill, location, and availability so that we can be sure the right tech is assigned for your needs.

Can I book an appointment for friends/family?

Yes, simply book online with their address and device information or call us at 844-266-8694 to set up the appointment.

What if an issue comes up during the appointment?

How will I identify my Techmate?

You will receive an email confirming the Techmate who has been assigned to you. The email will contain a clear photo of their face, and a little more information about them.

How do I rate a Techmate?

Following your appointment, you’ll receive an email to rate your experience with Techmate. Also, you can always email us at hello@techmate.com to share your feedback.

Can I tip my Techmate?

We pay Techmates above industry standards to incentivize top performance. If you loved your experience, please give them a 5-star rating and request them on future appointments.

Do I need to be in my office for an onsite appointment?

Yes, we ask that you be in your office for the start of the appointment.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Give us as much information as you can about your needs so that we’re properly equipped to help when we arrive (details about what’s happening, as well as device types and model numbers). Other than that, make sure you have the power supplies for your devices, any relevant software, as well as account info and passwords if relevant for your appointment.
